Artist's Description
The stained glass of Truro Cathedral in Cornwall is perhaps its crowning glory. It was the largest stained glass project ever executed and has some of the finest Victorian stained glass in the country, produced by the leading company of the time: Clayton and Bell.
The north transept rose window forms the second in the sequence of three rose windows on the theme of the Holy Trinity.
It was the gift of the Deanery of Penwith and was inserted in 1887 in time for the cathedral’s consecration. The cost of the window was £650
The three rose windows anchor the ends of three of the arms of the cruciform building.

About Terri Waters
Hello, I am Terri Waters, born in London UK in the last century, now happily settled in Mylor Bridge, Cornwall. Every morning when I pull back my curtains there is a whole new day asking to be explored and I can't wait to grab my camera, get on my bicycle and see where the road takes me. As a designer I venture into digital art every now and again. A change is as good as a rest for my legs and my bike. Sometimes an idea pops into my head from nowhere and I can't wait to produce an image to convey it to the outside world. Would you like your own photographs made perfect or your own works of art given a new twist for more variety of prints from your originals? Improvements to your own family portrait photographs by adjusting...
