The reflection in the rear view mirror of a Model T Ford's steering wheel and red seats.
The Model âTâ Ford has been said to have put America on wheels, in addition to that it also gave young men a platform on which to build their own inexpensive speedster or racing car.
On the 5th September 1921 this Model T Ford Special, driven by Glen Schultz, won the Silverton Pikes Peak Hill Climb in Colorado Springs, a total of 12 miles, climbing 2000 ft.
I was lucky enough to photograph it while on an autumn tour of South West Cornwall in September 2017.
