What photographer can resist the powerful image of bluebells in spring? This one couldn't and nor could I.
Enys house is in the background, well known for the bluebells that cover the ground in May.
The Gardens at Enys in Penryn are perhaps the oldest in Cornwall. In the 18th century the Gardens were formally laid out in an Italianate style. In the early 19th century, Francis Enys started major alterations to the Gardens, creating the less formal gardens I love today.
