Description
Between Cape Cornwall and Botallack in the far west of Cornwall is Kenidjack.
High on the hill above the Kenidjack Valley, it was once the location of Castle Kenidjack, an Iron Age cliff castle with triple-banked defences, built on a Bronze Age site. The ruined building beside the granite which remains of the castle, along with the trench and walls, were the butts of a 19th century target range which can be seen for miles around.
