Cornish cliffs are so beautiful when the wildflowers are in bloom.
There isn't a real lighthouse here, only a structure known as a daymark which is locally called the pepper pot due to it's shape. It is a 25ft tall whitewashed building which stands on the eastern cliff overlooking the harbour. This was built in 1846 and was used to guide ships into the harbour, and in latter days it served as a coastguard lookout.
