Description
Penberth, between Lamorna and Porthcurno in the far west of Cornwall, is located in the southern half of the Land's End peninsula. It is a heavily wooded valley with some cultivated meadows and a stream running down to the sea.
Built in the 17th century and remodelled in the 18th century this cottage is one of the most attractive thatched cottages in Cornwall. It is a wonderful sight when rounding the bend of the road on the way to Penberth Cove.
Due to the sheltered position in the valley, the sound of birdsong and the smell and sight of beautiful flowers are virtually guaranteed as you wander down the road any time of the year.
